Edward Franklin Building Company is focused on quality design and construction of single and multifamily projects in the established areas of Kansas City and the surrounding suburbs. We have a passion for bringing 21st Century modern living into the character of our city’s historic neighborhoods. Grant Baumgartner and Chris Ruhl founded EFBC in 2017 with the goal of instilling confidence and comfortability for our clients throughout the building process. By developing a close professional relationship with our clients, we are able to help them realize and materialize their vision during Discovery, Design, and Construction.
